Mr. Kaoukji has 20 years of investment experience having worked as a senior investment professional in New York at SAC Capital Advisors, an equity long/short hedge fund, and in Connecticut at The Stamford Capital Group, a leveraged buyout and special situations private equity group. He also served as the Group CEO of the Massaleh Group of Companies, a Kuwait based family held conglomerate and as a Director on the Board of Fimbank plc, a publicly listed European bank where he was responsible for its sale to Burgan Bank of Kuwait. Mr. Kaoukji holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Amir Absoud: Chief financial officer at Sununu Advisors.

Mr. Absoud has 17 years of auditing, finance and accounting experience having worked at PWC, the big 4 accounting firm, where he specialized in SMEs and working with businesses in distress. He also held a range of senior country, regional and corporate finance positions with large oil field services companies in various destinations internationally. He is currently the Principal of a firm of Chartered Accountants. Mr. Absoud is a Fellow Chartered Accountant at the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and holds a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics.

Mr. Koskins has 17 years of business law experience with focus on cross border tax planning issues, asset protection, holding structures, fiduciary transactions and investment driven immigration. Mr. Koskins began his career with the Riga office of Pan-Baltic law firm Sorainen, as a tax and business attorney for major Baltic and international companies. Further his career continued as a partner at Magnusson Law Firm and Vilgerts Legal & Tax. Mr. Koskins is a “Chambers & Partners Europe” and “Legal 500” leading tax law practitioner and is included in The Best Lawyers in Latvia 2016 list in practice area Tax law. Edgars regularly publishes on taxation topics in business media, like Forbes magazine. Mr. Koskins holds an LLM from Columbia Law School.

Mr. Chicherin began his career with the Moscow office of American law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, as an M&A and capital markets attorney for major Russian and international companies. His career has included heading the Structuring Division at Bank ZENIT, working as a senior member of the Corporate Finance team of Deloitte & Touche and managing various financing projects in his capacity as Vice-President of Investment Bank TRUST, Executive Director of Gazprombank and Board Member of the National Direct Investment Agency. Mr. Chicherin graduated with Honors from the Law Faculty of the Lomonossov Moscow State University, received his MBA degree from Columbia Business School in New York and studied Asian economy and capital markets at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology

Mr Petrov was recently the Head of Business Development and Asset Management of Alaric Capital, a leading Bulgarian investment management firm. He has extensive business development and investment experience in the finance industry having developed Barclays Capital's cross asset structured products distribution business in the Balkan and Baltic regions. He was also a senior equity trader at Heartland Securities and a senior wealth manager at Merrill Lynch Bank of America in New York. Mr. Petrov holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Mr. Shehabi is a Senior advisor to Sununu and a founder of HD Capital. He brings a wealth of Investment Banking experience spanning over two decades in senior roles at global financial services firms headquartered in New York, London and Zurich. He was previously a Senior Managing Director at Mainfirst Bank where he was responsible for developing and expanding the firm’s footprint in the MENA region and prior to that he held senior roles at Citi and Salomon Brothers. Mr. Shehabi holds an MBA from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management.
